Who we are

The website bluefinmedia.gr belongs to Bluefin Media, based in Athens, Greece.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us:

• Through the contact form: your name, your email address, how you’d like us to contact you, your phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• When you email or call us: whatever you choose to share with us.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server, so your browser doesn’t contact third parties such as Google when you visit.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and, if you ask us to, to send you a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don’t use your details for any other purpose, and we don’t share them with anyone except the providers listed below.

Providers we use

• Formspree: receives messages sent through the contact form and forwards them to our inbox.
• Zoho: hosts our email.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and, like any web host, processes technical data such as your IP address to run and protect the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, the transfer relies on safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your message until your enquiry is closed, and then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Email us at info@bluefinmedia.gr.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
